Matrix Service Sets Date to Discuss Results for the First Quarter September 30, 2009TULSA, OK – October 15, 2009 - Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq: MTRX), a leading industrial services company, will announce results for the First Quarter ended September 30, 2009 on Tuesday, November 3, 2009 prior to the open of the market. As previously announced on August 4, 2009, the Company’s Board of Directors approved a change in the Company’s fiscal year end to June 30, effective with the first quarter of Fiscal 2010. Therefore, the Company’s operating results will be for the month ended, June 30, 2009 and the quarter ended, September 30, 2009.

In conjunction with the earning release, Matrix Service will host a conference call with Michael J. Bradley, president and CEO and Thomas Long, chief financial officer.

A conference call will be held on November 3, 2009 at 11:00am ET / 10:00am CT and will be simultaneously broadcasted live over the Internet at or Please allow extra time prior to the call to visit the site and download the streaming media software required to listen to the Internet broadcast.
