Matrix Service Sets Date to Discuss Results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year, Ended May 31, 2009 TULSA, OK – July 21, 2009 - Matrix Service Co. (Nasdaq: MTRX), a leading industrial services company, will announce results for the Fourth Quarter and Full Year, ended May 31, 2009 on Tuesday, August 4, 2009 prior to the open of the market.

In conjunction with the earning release, Matrix Service will host a conference call with Michael J. Bradley, president and CEO and Thomas Long, chief financial officer.
